The following Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the way in which we may offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, of products s purchased through our Site and/or App. Any capitalized but undefined terms shall have the meaning prescribed to them in our Terms of Use, which is available at

Returns, replacements, refunds

Products and Services may be returned within 14 days of your receipt of delivery, solely in accordance with this Policy. If 14 or more days have passed since receipt of delivery of your order, we may not accept your return, and we may not offer you a refund, replacement or credit.

In the event that a product is deemed defective or damaged upon delivery to you, we will try our best to offer a replacement with the same or similar product, and if we are unable to locate the same or similar product, we will offer a refund. Products will only be refunded, or replaced with the same or similar product, if they are deemed defective or damaged upon delivery to you. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, and sale items will not be refunded. Please note that gift cards are non-returnable. 

Products must be unused and in the same condition, in the original packaging in order to be eligible for return. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns shall be made by notifying us first of the proposed return, following which we will notify you of the address to send the returns. Returns of products or Services will be made to us, and not to the manufacturer. All products will be inspected on return to us.

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will notify you that we have received your return, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement, based on our sole discretion, in accordance with this Policy. In the event that you are not eligible for a refund or replacement, you will have the choice to be sent the product or Service that you ordered, to the address to which it was originally sent, at your cost. 

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, unless you provide with an alternative, within a reasonable amount of days. Please note that in some cases only partial returns, refunds or credit will be granted, such as with respect to products with signs of use, or that are not in their original condition, or that are returned not in accordance with this Policy. The Company will determine at its sole discretion whether or not the customer will be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit with our Site and/or App.


Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure that you have proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. 

In the event that the reason for your return is as a result of receipt of damaged products, as can be proven by you before your return, we will bear the costs of the return. 


Credit will be given on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
